Heimonen is responsible for operations and field management in Europe, as well as Australia and Canada. It Works’ is currently open in 18 countries and Heimonen’s primary goal will be to grow the business and share the company’s culture outside of the United States.

Prior to It Works, Heimonen worked as a consultant assisting US-based companies grow their business in Europe. With over 20 years in the direct sales industry, Heimonen brings a wealth of experience. His first five years in direct sales were spent in the salesforce, before he took a corporate position to pursue his passion for creating company strategy, marketing, and development.
